Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

tMemo is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. By downloading or using tMemo, you agree to the terms of the Apple EULA, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Additional Terms

In addition to the Apple EULA, the following terms apply to your use of tMemo:

1. One-Time Purchase

tMemo is offered as a one-time purchase. You pay once and receive lifetime access to the app and its features. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

2. Data and Privacy

tMemo stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or process your personal content on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failures, operating system updates, or accidental deletion.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in tMemo, including but not limited to the app name, logo, interface design, and underlying code, are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use tMemo for personal purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of tMemo.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of tMemo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
