Last updated: 2026-04-20
Overview
tMemo is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your personal data belongs to you, and we go to great lengths to ensure it stays that way. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Data We Do Not Collect
tMemo does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal information. We do not require you to register an account, nor do we request your name, email, phone number, or any other identifying information.
Specifically:
- We do not collect the notes, tags, or any content you create in tMemo.
- We do not collect photos you attach to notes.
- We do not sell or share any data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
How Your Data Is Stored
All your notes are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync in your system settings, data will be synchronized across your devices through your own Apple iCloud account. This process is controlled by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
We do not operate our own servers, and we do not remotely access your note content.
Third-Party Services
tMemo does not integrate any third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.
Children's Privacy
tMemo does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the app update notes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
