Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

Sorter is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. By downloading or using Sorter, you agree to the terms of the Apple EULA, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Additional Terms

In addition to the Apple EULA, the following terms apply to your use of Sorter:

1. Subscription Service

Sorter offers a Plus Membership subscription that provides additional features. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

2. Data and iCloud

Sorter stores your data locally on your device and synchronizes it through your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your iCloud account. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from iCloud service interruptions, account issues, or device failures.

3. Collaborative Spaces

When using collaborative spaces, you are responsible for managing access permissions and the content shared within those spaces. You agree not to use collaborative spaces for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Sorter, including but not limited to the app name, logo, interface design, and underlying code, are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sorter for personal purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Sorter.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Sorter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
